When Joe was an alderman for 12 years, and he was always available by phone and email to discuss concerns and issues involving neighborhoods and City services. McMenamin attended regular neighborhood and Association meetings throughout Ward 7, including monthly MacArthur Boulevard Association meetings. Joe always looked forward staying in touch with Ward 7 residents and serving constituents.
